Restaurant 'Moshik' **
As Assistant Sommelier at &Moshik you are working within our service team. You will take care of the ultimate experience for our guests with your passion for gastronomy and wine and your enthusiasm for your profession. You advise our guests when choosing wines and you keep our wine list up-to-date together with our Head Sommelier and maître Janine Kinderman. You are also responsible for managing the wine stock. As Assistant Sommelier you are not only representative, but also a great host: you go for the best wine and food combination!
As Assistant Sommelier:
- You advise our guests on their choice of wine;
- You always strive for the best wine and food combination;
- You can inform our guests about our inspirational restaurant enthusiastically;
- You can offer our guests a unique experience in our restaurant.

What we expect from you:
- You have a passion for hospitality, wine and food;
- You have relevant working experience in the hospitality industry;
- You can express yourself professionally towards our guests in a relative informal and authentic way;
- You are fluent in both Dutch and English;
- You live in or near Amsterdam;
- You are available 3 to 5 days a week. Our restaurant is open from Wednesday until Sunday.
