Restaurant Vinkeles is op zoek naar een Maître – Restaurant Manager.

Als gastvrijheid voor jou van het hoogste belang is en je dit combineert met een uitgebreide wijn- en spijs kennis, dan nodigen we je uit om te solliciteren.

Als Maître belichaam je de essentie van gastvrijheid en straal je dit op elke mogelijke manier uit. Je bent een natuurlijke gastheer of gastvrouw. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor het toezicht houden op het volledige operationele proces waarbij je streeft naar vernieuwing en vooruitgang van Restaurant Vinkeles. In samenwerking met Executive Chef Jurgen van der Zalm zorg je ervoor dat elke gast een memorabele culinaire avond beleeft. Voortdurend gericht op het handhaven van hoge servicenormen, streef je naar een optimale gastronomische ervaring. Je leidt ook een gemotiveerd, gepassioneerd team en hecht belang aan het opleiden en coachen van je personeel.

Gelegen in het 5-sterren boutique hotel, The Dylan Amsterdam, is Restaurant Vinkeles sinds 2006 gevestigd in een 18e-eeuwse bakkerij met een rijke geschiedenis. Het biedt de perfecte setting om het vakmanschap van onze Executive Chef, Jurgen van der Zalm, en zijn team te waarderen. De keuken, vaak omschreven als 'spannend, licht, bescheiden en verfijnd,' heeft een internationaal geïnspireerd palet met een basis in Franse culinaire technieken.

The Dylan Amsterdam is een zelfstandig hotel, wat je ruime vrijheid biedt voor creativiteit en het introduceren en implementeren van nieuwe ideeën. Herken jij je in onderstaande punten?

Je bent gastvrij en vindt het belangrijk om een toegankelijke ambiance te creëren.
Je hebt (assistent) leidinggevende ervaring in een hoogstaand culinair restaurant.
Je hebt uitgebreide vakkennis en technische vaardigheden op het gebied van restaurant service en wijnen.
Je bent communicatief vaardig in spreken, luisteren en schrijven in zowel de Nederlandse als Engelse taal.

Constantly focused on maintaining high service standards, you strive for an optimal gastronomic experience. You also lead a motivated, passionate team and emphasize the training and coaching of your staff.

Located in the 5-star boutique hotel, The Dylan Amsterdam, Restaurant Vinkeles has been established since 2006 in an 18th-century bakery with a rich history. It provides the perfect setting to appreciate the craftsmanship of our Executive Chef, Jurgen van der Zalm, and his team. The kitchen, often described as 'exciting, light, modest, and refined,' has an internationally inspired palette with a foundation in French culinary techniques.

Do you recognize yourself in the following points?

You are hospitable and find it important to create an accessible ambiance.
You have (assistant) managerial experience in a high-end culinary restaurant.
You have extensive professional knowledge and technical skills in restaurant service and wines.
You are communicatively proficient in speaking, listening, and writing in both Dutch and English.
